1. Orders & Quotes
Prices shown are reference FOB prices in USD. Final quotes, MOQ, delivery time and trade terms are confirmed by our export team on a per-order basis.
2. Payment Terms
Payment modes include full payment for samples or small orders, and deposit + balance for production orders. Accepted methods: bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Stripe and other channels as confirmed.
3. Production & Delivery
Production time is confirmed per order. We arrange shipping by sea, air or express as agreed. Risks of delay caused by force majeure are excluded.
4. Quality & Inspection
Products are manufactured to the agreed specifications and conform to the certifications stated. Third-party inspection before shipment can be arranged on request.
5. Intellectual Property
Custom moulds, artwork and packaging designs remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability & Governing Law
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
